The mountains represent a man and woman laying side by side , a sign of
the fertility of mother earth. The wolf in the lotus flower that self
pollinates, the bear with a tear in his eye represents my love of children and
animals on the planet.
This fresco was sectioned from “
The Peace Mural” which measured 35 metres in length. A
part of this became the poster for A World Without Torture, for Amnesty International.
This mural was
displayed throughout Quebec at the following expositions: Paix aux enfants de la terre, L’événement Nuit
Blanche à Montreal, vieux port de Chicoutimi, municipalité de Larouche, hôtel
Tadoussac, L’auberge de jeunesse de Tadoussac and Gîtes du Fjord à Anse St.
Jean.
