ANDRÉ BOUCHARD, painter, actor, producer.
Multidisciplinary artist, he lives in a house that he traded for one of his paintings situated in the picturesque village of l’Anse-Saint-Jean in Saguenay. He is the creator of the poster for Amnesty International “For a World Without Torture”, “The Mural for Peace”, the mural for the eradication of land mines from the documentary revealing the scandal of the Pikauba river, and the giant petition “Let’s save our rivers”.

He had the leading role in Dust bowl haha, a short film produced by Sébastien Pilote and presented at the 11e édition du festival REGARD sur le court métrage au Saguenay (see critique on the artist’s website).

How I see André André Bouchard ! par Louis Bruens

He is one of those individuals that are impossible to define; his  sense of logic is constantly in motion. He is an excessively talented artist who dedicates himself to the global and environmental causes through his art, his philosophy, his thoughts, his actions and his life with a rare energy for the survival of nature and of mankind.

Talented painter, André Bouchard expresses his concerns, hopes, dreams, battles and his vision of the future on his canvasses. This is how I see André Bouchard, a great existential defender and natural artist.

He uses painting, writing, words and acting and deep thoughts to broadcast his message to as many people as possible. I have rarely met an artist with such intellectual honestly and courage because in my opinion, you need a great deal of courage today to get your message across.

André Bouchard continues his constant battle against corporate power and the profit at the expense of of the survival of nature.
